This document is a guideline of when and how long to suspend restaurants where there are rejected,missed orders ,SARS and restaurant capacity.
Thresholds Summary

All normal processes should still be followed, such as sending an email to the store and AM when suspending the store for the rest of the day.

The store to be contacted telephonically at all times, should the number not be reached below are the solutions that can be taken in the interim until we receive contact from the store.

System Auto Rejections
Always check on SMART that the device is Active and Online
Use this dashboard: Here to see the SAR orders for the past hour
Set the refresh rate to 1min and look at the last hour.

The store to be contacted telephonically at all times to try and have them reboot the device, should the number not be reached below are the solutions that can be taken in the interim until we receive contact from the store.
Normal process still applies, a store should always be contacted to resolve the issue.
