Branch Operational Polygon Check SOP V1

Overview

This process document is to guide OS agents on the process that needs to be followed when they have to determine if a delivery or collection address is serviceable by Mr D Food and the branch.

Branch Operational Polygon Check Process Flow

1. Search for Branch

• Log into the allocation dashboard 
• Type branch name into search box and select branch from the drop down list

2. Confirm Address is in Polygon

• To confirm a restaurant address is in a polygon, make sure only the collect checkbox is marked
• To confirm a Customer address is in a polygon, make sure only the delivery checkbox is marked

3. Search the address in the search box.

• Search the address in the search bar above the map
• Click on the “Pin Map” button to the left
• A green Pin will appear - if it is inside the polygon, it is serviceable
