Rules to Follow when dealing with a Spilled Food Complaint |

| Pizza |
- Ensure to request images from the Customer to evaluate the extent of the damage
- In cases where the Customers image does not indicate the extent of the damage, call the Customer to confirm what the damaged items are
- If the Customer does not have images, follow the no image compensation guideline
- If the Customer has suggested their entire order has been damaged or mishandled, request images of all affected items.
- If unsure of how to compensate the Customer consult leadership

- All the pizza toppings have slid to one side of the box
- The pizza slices are all over the box
|
- The pizza still has its shape
- The pizza has shifted over to the side slightly
- The toppings on the pizza are still relatively secure on the base of the pizza
|

Sushi
|
- Sushi has fallen out of the packaging
- All the sushi is in different areas of the packaging container
|
- The only damage to the sushi is the mayo/caviar that has slid off
- The sushi fell over to the side but still has its shape & order
|
| Burgers |
- The burger has completely lost its shape or form
|
- The sauce on the burger spilled in the box
- The bun of the burger as shifted to the side
|
| Curry |
- The sauce from the curry has spilled in the packaging and ruined the rest of the order
|
|
| General Spillage |
- If the contents is out of its packaging and in the carrier bag
- Customers drinks spilled over all items
|
- Packaging is slightly damaged and/or wet
- Food still has its shape or form
