They below process diagrams applies to delivered orders where customers complain about the below issues however do not have images:
- Mishandled/Damaged Food
- NWIO (Not what i ordered)
- Visible Bad Food Quality
- Incorrectly Prepared
The diagram should be used by agents as a guide to determine if they should request images and outlines the steps to take when the customer does not have images in order to compensate.
