The below steps can be used when identifying how much compensation a customer needs to receive for not what I ordered, missing items and food quality complaints where the price for the item is not listed on admin.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE WHEN CHECKING A PRICE ON MARKETPLACE
| 1. | Do not make any changes or edits to the menu on marketplace |
| 2. | Marketplace is only to be used to check the prices of items that are not listed on the order details of the an order when resolving the query |
The steps will outline how to locate a specific price of an item on an order.

Steps to Take:
| 1. | Open Mr D Food Admin | |
| 2. | Select orders - it is the 5th option on the top of the admin page. | |
| 3. | Select food orders from the drop down. | |
| 4. |
Search for the order Id on admin using the search option on admin or by entering the order id in the URL *make sure that the date range is updated |

| 5. | On the order screen go to restaurant info under the general info tab | |
| 6. | Click on the menu link in marketplace link. The link will direct you to the restaurant menu on mr d marketplace. | |
| 7. | After signing in, search for the item in the search menu items bar |
