How to Access Driver Chat
Before logging a driver complaint for failed deliveries. One of the checklist actions is to check if the Driver engaged by reaching out to the customer via the in-app Driver Chat Function.
Currently there is an issue on Admin that is being fixed, so in the interim the below methods need to be checked before logging the driver complaint.
Driver Chat must be checked using the below 2 methods:
- Via Admin on the General Info tab, by pressing the URL Link (Driver Customer Chat)
- Via Sendbird in the URL link (Chat History)
Case Example 1: Order DFD125564991
Works with both methods
1. Via Admin on the General Info tab
2. Via Sendbird in the URL Link:
- Open Sendbird
- Replace the order number in the URL with the order number where driver chat ‘was not activated’.
Case Example 2: DFD125546151
Only works with method 2
1. Via Admin on the General Info tab (Driver Chat doesn’t show)
2.Via Sendbird in the URL link (Works properly)
- Open Sendbird
- Replace the order number in the URL with the order number where driver chat ‘was not activated’.
